Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading Cybersecurity Company, based in Greece. In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers, guiding them through cybersecurity solutions and addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.

Your fluency in German will be essential in ensuring that clients receive high-quality assistance related to their cybersecurity needs. You will help customers understand products, resolve technical issues, and ensure their peace of mind in an increasingly digital world.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding cybersecurity products and services
Assist customers with product inquiries, account management, and technical support requests
Resolve customer issues efficiently and advocate for customer needs within the company
Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions for complex issues
Gather feedback from clients to enhance our services and cybersecurity offerings
Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity

Requirements

Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or cybersecurity, is preferred
Able to manage multiple inquiries while delivering high-quality service
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
A genuine interest in cybersecurity and helping customers protect their digital assets
Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
