Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Cybersecurity Company, based in Greece. In this critical role, you will assist our Czech-speaking customers by providing them with top-notch support related to cybersecurity products and services.

Your fluency in Czech will be essential in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience as clients navigate our secure solutions. You will be at the forefront of helping clients protect their digital assets while contributing to a culture of safety and security.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer service in Czech through various channels including phone, email, and chat regarding cybersecurity inquiries
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management
Proactively resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
Collaborate with technical teams to address complex inquiries and support requests
Gather customer feedback to improve products and enhance service delivery
Stay updated on industry trends and developments in cybersecurity

Requirements

Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in customer service, particularly in technology or cybersecurity, is preferred
Able to handle multiple inquiries while delivering a high standard of service
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Genuine interest in cybersecurity and a desire to help customers secure their digital environments
Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
