Responsibilities

Deliver back-end technical support to German-speaking gaming clients via various communication channels
Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex technical issues affecting gaming performance and user accounts
Work closely with development teams to resolve bugs and implement improvements
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all support cases
Monitor system performance and report any irregularities or issues
Stay updated on the latest gaming products, features, and industry trends

Requirements

Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
Deep passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming environments
Previous experience in back-end gaming support or technical support roles is preferred
