You will contribute to high-priority internal platforms and client-facing initiatives, playing a key role in shaping robust web applications and core technical infrastructure. Accountabilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications, services, and operational tools across frontend and backend environments.
Contribute to scalable system architecture, including API structures, data models, authentication systems, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Implement complex features and intuitive user interfaces from concept through deployment while ensuring maintainability and performance.
Integrate third-party services, APIs, and internal systems to enhance functionality and improve operational efficiency.
Optimize applications for accessibility, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience in alignment with modern web standards.
Manage deployment workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and secure hosting environments to support reliable product delivery.
Troubleshoot technical issues independently, propose effective solutions proactively, and take ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision.
Produce and maintain clear technical documentation to support collaboration, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience delivering production-ready web applications and full-stack development projects.
Expert-level proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks and strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Solid backend development expertise, including REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication systems, database interactions, and state management.
Experience with Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or other modern styling methodologies is highly valued.
Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization best practices.
Proven experience with Git/GitHub workflows, branching strategies, and collaborative development processes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), SEO principles, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
Comfortable leveraging AI-powered development tools and automation solutions to improve productivity and code quality.
Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
