In this role, you will guide learners through advanced AI concepts, practical projects, and real-world applications in areas such as generative AI, machine learning, and large language models. You will work within a global digital learning environment, helping students strengthen their technical capabilities through personalized mentoring sessions, deep-dive workshops, and collaborative Q&A discussions. Accountabilities:

Deliver personalized 1:1 mentoring sessions to support learners with technical concepts, coursework, and AI-related projects.
Review learner submissions, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable technical guidance and feedback.
Conduct technical deep-dive sessions covering AI, machine learning, generative AI, and related technologies through presentations and interactive discussions.
Facilitate group Q&A sessions to address learner questions, clarify technical concepts, and encourage collaborative learning.
Support learners in understanding project requirements, evaluation criteria, and common technical challenges.
Share practical industry insights, emerging AI trends, and real-world applications to enhance learner understanding.
Collaborate with internal teams and the mentor community to contribute to a high-quality and engaging learning experience.
Promote a supportive, inclusive, and learner-focused environment across all mentoring interactions.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related technical fields.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with API integrations.
Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, generative AI technologies, large language models, and prompt engineering techniques.
Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
Familiarity with AI frameworks and technologies including LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Experience building, deploying, or supporting AI-driven applications and workflows.
Strong understanding of AI ethics, model limitations, and responsible AI practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote, and project-based environment.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is considered an advantage.
Previous involvement in end-to-end AI/ML or generative AI projects is highly valued.
