    About The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize both our delivery (last-mile) and returns (reverse logistics) operations across the UK, IE & BeNeDACH Cluster, covering Belgium and Netherlands.

You will report directly to the Senior Team Lead for Warehouse to Delivery for UK, IE & BeNeDACH, while working closely with cross-functional teams including S&OP, Transportation, Network Management, Customer Excellence, and Tech & Engineering.

    What You'll Do:
    • Own and optimize end-to-end logistics flows (delivery and returns), ensuring seamless execution from warehouse to customer and back, with high service reliability, operational efficiency, and consistent customer experience.

    • Manage and improve logistics partner performance across delivery and reverse flows, ensuring SLA compliance, strong relationships, cost efficiency, and continuous performance improvements through data-driven actions.

    • Lead operational planning and execution, including routing, capacity planning, and partner allocation, ensuring readiness for demand variability and peak periods across both delivery and return operations.

    • Identify and resolve operational issues across delivery and returns, including delays, failed pickups, damages, and complaints, driving root cause analysis, and implementing scalable corrective actions.

    • Define, monitor, and improve KPIs such as OTIF, ROTIF, Delivery Time, and CSAT, ensuring alignment with business targets and continuous optimization.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including S&OP, Network Management, Customer Excellence, and Tech to align priorities, support launches, and drive process improvements across the logistics ecosystem.

    • Drive automation and process optimization initiatives in collaboration with Tech & Engineering, reducing manual effort, improving scalability, and enhancing visibility across logistics operations.

    Who We're Looking For:
    • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

    • 6+ years of experience in Delivery, Transportation and Logistics Management within FMCG, E-commerce, or Retail.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • Fluent in English – mandatory.

    What We offer:
    • The opportunity to create real impact, take ownership and accountability, and drive meaningful change.

    • Continuous learning and development through hands-on experience, mentoring, formal training, and access to tools such as our Learning Hub and Nilo.

    • A collaborative community of smart, driven people where you learn, contribute, and connect, every day and through team events.

    • A global environment, working daily with diverse perspectives across 4 offices and 70+ nationalities.

    • Private Health Insurance and 25 vacations days per year, with 1 extra day per year worked (until a limit of 30 days per year).

    • A flexible hybrid setup with up to 22 remote days per quarter, and offices in Gutleutviertel - Frankfurt.
