What you´ll do: +2 Years of Relevant working experience in E-commerce Full ownership of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and TV (linear & CTV) — from strategy to execution to optimisation Define and drive performance targets (ROAS, CPA, CR) and translate data into clear strategic decisions using GA4, attribution tools, and in-house dashboards Lead A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages, turning results into repeatable playbooks Collaborate with global performance and creative teams on ad messaging, budget allocation, and channel mix Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders — you'll need to influence without authority and bring people with you Stay ahead of platform changes and algorithm updates, proactively bringing new opportunities to the team As the team scales, there's real scope to specialise or expand — this role grows with you Who we´re looking for: Hands-on experience managing paid search, paid social, and/or TV campaigns with real budget responsibility — we care more about what you've achieved than how many years you've been doing it Strong analytical instincts — you're comfortable in GA4, Looker, or similar, and you know how to turn data into decisions, not just reports A bias for action: you spot an opportunity, build a case, and move — without waiting to be asked Clear, confident communicator who can work across teams and time zones Experience in or strong familiarity with the DACH market is a big plus; German language skills are welcome but not a dealbreaker What we offer:
