    WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Manager to join our P3 team in Germany.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

    • Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in logistics leasing.
    • Strong network of key tenants and stakeholders, as well as established real estate brokers.
    • Good knowledge of the relevant real estate markets and industry trends.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a team and a high degree of initiative.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally.

    SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

    Leasing Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and execute leasing strategies for large-scale logistics and light industrial assets in South Germany
    • Proactively identify market opportunities and position assets to maximize occupancy and value

    Business Development & Tenant Acquisition

    • Lead end-to-end tenant acquisition activities, from prospecting to deal closure
    • Build and maintain a strong network of regional and national market players
    • Identify and engage potential tenants ranging from local SMEs to international logistics operators

    Transaction Management

    • Manage the full leasing process, including negotiations and deal structuring
    • Lead contract negotiations in close collaboration with the legal team to secure optimal commercial outcomes

    Market Intelligence

    • Monitor and analyze regional market trends, demand drivers, and competitor activity
    • Translate market insights into actionable leasing and marketing strategies

    Client Relationship Management

    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective tenants
    • Ensure high-quality tenant experience throughout the leasing lifecycle

    Reporting & Performance Tracking

    • Provide regular reporting on occupancy rates, leasing pipeline, and market developments
    • Track performance against targets and proactively adjust strategies as needed

    Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with development, construction, client relationship management and marketing teams to align product positioning with market demand
    • Contribute to successful project delivery and commercialization
