What you'll do: Ideate, sketch, visualize, and prototype new product design concepts Lead multiple design projects end-to-end, taking full ownership of timelines, budgets, stakeholder communication, and supplier coordination Design, develop, and optimize innovative sleep products aligned with functionality, cost, CMF, form, aesthetics, and business objectives Conduct design research using various methods to validate direction and support decision-making Utilize tools (Adobe CC, Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot, Blender) to create products aligned with Emma’s portfolio strategy and material requirements Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to bring products from concept to production Maintain close communication with suppliers to prototype, test, and refine designs including occasional on-site supplier visits to support development, quality alignment, and production readiness Be part of an amazing and ambitious design team Who we're looking for: You have a university degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field 5+ years of relevant experience Professional portfolio (applications with no portfolio will not be considered) Working knowledge of Adobe CC and CAD software (Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot, Blender) A high level of rapid, realistic visualization skills Knowledge of materials, technologies, methodologies, and associated costs A designer who bases design decisions on data -Passionate about improving people’s sleep Willing to go the extra mile, not just what was asked Strong understanding of the design process and the ability to manage your own tasks and responsibilities A high degree of initiative, independence, and flexibility Eager to learn and able to bring fresh ideas to the table Fluent in English What we offer: Discounts on our top-notch products.
