Understanding and fulfilling customers' needs is vital for success in any business. At Shiftmove (Vimcar & Avrios), we are developing solutions to empower our fleet managers and drivers by using data to drive business impact.
We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team, someone who can grasp users' needs and translate them into effective products.

In this role, you will collaborate with a team throughout the entire product development process. You will work closely with product managers to uncover customer pain points and devise innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will range from creating quick mock-up visuals for user testing to crafting high-fidelity UX designs that our development team can readily implement. You will collect and incorporate feedback from various sources, explore different ideas, and contribute to defining and refining new product experiences.

THE ROLE

• Be the partner in crime of the Product Managers and Developers in the product team. Support the Product Managers in conducting deep user research and understand what is needed to make sense of what our users need.
• Collaborate, communicate and influence design decisions with your peer Product Designers. Communicate and present design work to the team for review and feedback to drive decisions and commit to final UX deliverables.
• Being involved in design processes across the product lifecycle setting the vision for the user experience and managing collaboration with stakeholders
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design assets that align with our brand identity and user experience goals.

YOUR PROFILE

• Prior experience in UX, UI, and User Research, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Firsthand experience in facilitating, summarising, and sharing your own facilitated research.
• A portfolio demonstrating a highly visually appealing & user-centred design approach, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• You are naturally curious and have a drive for continuous development
• Fluent in English and German (min. C1), both written and spoken
• You are a culture-keeper: You believe that a strong team is fueled by a positive culture of respect
