(Senior) Product Manager - Mobile Applications (m/f/x)

As our (Senior) Product Manager, you work cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering and Design teams, to support the continuous optimisation of our mobile applications. With Shiftmove gearing up to expand into international markets, you are an invaluable resource for ensuring our products continue to provide an exemplary experience for a diverse scope of use cases.

THE ROLE

• You define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmaps for our prosumer (B2C) and driver (B2B) mobile applications in collaboration with key stakeholders and leadership.
• You lead product development and execution for our mobile apps by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organisation.
• You participate in the full software development life cycle, collaborating closely with our Designers, User Insight Researchers, and Engineers to identify and implement effective solutions to customer pain points.
• You prioritise features and functionality based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact, that will enable us to grow.
• You lead product discovery, and communicate with our customers and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the user experience.
• You take initiative to build up and support the continuous development of our growing product team.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar discipline
• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in a fast-moving StartUp or ScaleUp, ideally both in B2B SaaS and B2C with experience working on mobile app products.
• Experience with the entire product lifecycle, from conception and design to development support and release management.
• A history of being able to translate customer pain points into tangible insights, resulting in new products or features.
• A clear communicator with an analytical mindset. Possesses a strong sense of urgency and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organisational levels.
• You understand when and how to use product analytics and product experiments.
• Business fluent German and English.
