    TEAM MISSION
    The People Strategy & Development team focuses on long-term planning and organizational growth. They are responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, thereby reducing attrition costs and maintaining historical knowledge and talent. The PS&D team analyzes workforce trends, identifies skill gaps, designs training programs, and supports and solves issues to enhance employee capabilities. Additionally, they collaborate with leadership to align people initiatives with the company's overall business objectives.

    ROLE MISSION
    As our L&D Specialist your goal is to ensure that employees acquire the necessary competencies to excel in their roles, ultimately driving productivity, efficiency, and innovation within the organisation. Focusing on management excellence and employee performance you’ll be responsible for creating tailored learning experiences that align with the organisation's objectives and the individual needs of employees. You will take ownership from day 1 and have a tangible impact on the business.

    YOUR ROLE

    • Analyse the data we gathered (e.g. from our regular engagement surveys) and use your experience and judgment to identify the training needs, based on which you’ll design curriculums and deliver impactful training sessions
    • Design inclusive and accessible learning solutions to an international workforce and conduct both face-to-face and remote training sessions that are visually appealing, engaging and easy to understand
    • Support managers and executive team in their day-to-day challenges operating as their sparing partner by advising them and coaching on concrete People-related topics (and beyond)
    • Use a data-driven approach in your daily work with regards to employee retention, effectiveness of trainings, managers confidence, internal mobility and promotion, etc.
    • Constantly challenge the status quo, be up to date with all the recent trends in relevant areas, A/B test and evaluate the effectiveness of them
    • Proactively manage the implementation of the topics you are responsible for and collaborate closely with both internal and external partners

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Previous experience building L&D function from scratch (preferably in a smaller company up to 500 employees experiencing rapid growth)
    • Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at once
    • Hands on mentality, high motivation and resilience to drive organisational and operational change
    • Fluent in English (C1 or higher), German proficiency (B2 or higher) a plus
    • Preferably based in Berlin where our HQ is located to conduct training sessions in person
