Your tasks: 📌

Support procurement controlling, including tracking of cost, delivery, and quality performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Identify gaps in existing purchasing processes and contribute to process optimization projects.
Assist in preparing supplier negotiations, including requirements clarification with international sites.
Evaluate supplier offers and support supplier analysis, communication, and documentation.
Participate in national and international negotiations and contribute to drafting contract terms.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve data transparency and procurement efficiency.

Your profile: 🔎

Enrolled student in Business Administration or a related field with strong interest in strategic procurement.
Strong English skills (written and spoken) to communicate confidently in an international environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic SAP knowledge is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and accurately.
High communication skills and fast comprehension in a dynamic working environment.
Motivated team player with a proactive, hands‑on mindset.
