Translate operational complexity into product: Build a deep understanding of how the operation actually runs across many partners, online systems and offline reality, and turn that complexity into clear product requirements that hold up across edge cases, peak load, and degraded states.
Make our inflow predictions something trustworthy: Move us beyond firefighting by building systems that anticipate bottlenecks, surface risks before they hit promised dates, and dynamically adapt to variability and capacity constraints.
Keep the customer in the room: Even in a deeply operational domain, never lose sight of who's waiting for the car. Translate operational root causes into customer impact, and prioritize work that protects the moment of truth at the customer's doorstep.
Own the product vision and roadmap for Operations: Set the direction for how FINN runs at scale. Define what great looks like end-to-end from a process and customer perspective and build the strategy to get there in partnership with respective stakeholders.
Enable your team and your peers: Collaborate closely with your cross-functional team of engineering, design, and data. Be the bridge between Tech and the Operations teams in the field, ensuring solutions land and succeed in the real world. Drive bottom-up alignment through clear OKRs that ladder up to FINN's growth and unit economics goals.
Several years of experience in product management, with a strong track record owning operational, supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics products at scale.
Strong commercial instinct. You're at home with unit economics, throughputs, and logistics mechanics, and you can hold your own in a conversation across domains.
Deep process understanding from a business perspective. You've worked close enough to real-world operations, whether automotive, warehousing, fulfillment, or last-mile, to know how things actually work and break.
You translate operational pain into customer impact and back, and you make trade-offs that protect the end experience.
You take ownership end-to-end, sweat the details, and drive outcomes without waiting to be told.
Sharp analytical skills. You're at home in Looker, or similar tools, and you can pull your own data, leverage AI to improve quality & speed, build a hypothesis, and pressure-test someone else's analysis.
Outstanding communication skills in English (German is a strong plus given partner interactions) and the ability to break down complex issues into understandable, actionable steps.
