Run a high-velocity experimentation engine: Treat A/B testing as a core operating rhythm, not a side project. Build hypotheses grounded in customer insight, design clean experiments, ship them fast, and act on the results without falling in love with your ideas.
Drive personalization and discovery: Lead the work to tailor the shopping experience to who's looking, what they need, and where they are in their decision. Smarter search, better filtering, relevance ranking, and segment-aware journeys are your playground.
Investigate the customer's perspective: Combine quantitative signal (analytics, funnel diagnostics) with qualitative depth (user interviews, usability tests) to build a sharp picture of where our experience is falling short, then translate it into a prioritized list of topics.
Own the product vision and roadmap for our Shopping product: Set the direction for how customers find their car at FINN. Define what great looks like for our top-of-funnel experience, build the strategy to get there, and connect it to FINN's broader growth goals.
Enable your team and your peers: Collaborate closely with your cross-functional team of engineering, design, and data to create alignment with marketing, brand, and pricing stakeholders while giving clear requirements towards your Product team.

You take ownership end-to-end, ensure you drill yourself into the details, and drive outcomes without waiting to be told.
Strong track record of running A/B tests as a primary tool. You can talk concretely about experiments you designed, what you learned, and how that changed the product - excelling in Feedback Loop execution.
Sharp analytical skills. You're at home in Amplitude, Looker, or similar tools, and you can pull your own data, leverage AI to improve quality & speed, build a hypothesis, and pressure-test someone else's analysis.
Previous experience in an agile, high-growth environment, preferably e-commerce or marketplace.
A bias for outcomes over activity. You measure yourself in conversion lift, revenue, and retention, not in tickets closed.
