Be a part of a collaborative team rolling out and stabilizing a digital project planning and execution tool across sensor engineering projects. Through hands-on tool support, documentation, and structured knowledge management, you actively contribute to increasing process and digital maturity—with results that are visible across the organization.

You will support the implementation and day-to-day stabilization of the planning tool in Jira, while assisting project managers during on‑boarding phases and responding to first-level questions related to tool usage.
As part of your responsibilities, you will maintain and continuously update process documentation and user guides, primarily working with Confluence and Signavio.
In close coordination with the team, you will contribute to knowledge management activities by structuring content, creating reusable templates, and ensuring materials remain up to date.
Additionally, you will support the preparation of workshop materials, training content, and internal communications in the context of the tool rollout.

Qualifications

Education: studies in the field of Engineering, Business, Information Systems or comparable
Experience and Knowledge: confident handling of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with the Atlassian toolchain (Confluence, Jira)
Personality and Working Practice: you are motivated and committed, work well as a team player, and approach tasks independently with a reliable and structured way of working
Work Routine: we offer you the opportunity for mobile working after the induction phase
Enthusiasm: interest in innovative consumer sensor products and project management
Languages: fluent in English

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 12 months – 15 h/week
