    • Rapidly prototype and deploy production-grade LLM agents, semantic apps and deterministic automations.
    • Continuously turn individual use-case learnings into core platform capabilities (e.g. General Knowledge Layer, System Integrations, Cloud Agent Environment).
    • Build reusable SDKs, APIs and playbooks to enable internal “AI Champions” to self-serve.
    • Lead technical enablement sessions, workshops, and pair-programming with internal teams to elevate the organization’s engineering baseline from pre-AI to AI-fluent.

    • Strong backend coding skills (e.g., Python), REST APIs, microservices, databases, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS).
    • Deeply fascinated by the AI landscape, thriving on weekly self-driven experimentation with new models, agentic frameworks and emerging tools and approaches.
    • Instinctively zooms out from single use cases to recognize recurring patterns and translate them into modular platform tools and scalable architecture
    • Quickly grasp complex, unfamiliar operational and business focussed workflows, asking the right questions to spot where AI actually adds real business value.
    • Passionate about demystifying AI and sharing knowledge through e.g. pair-programming, workshops, and daily exchange with technical and non-technical colleagues.
