We are looking for ambitious early-career professionals who want to build a career in B2B software sales. Over six months, you will learn the full customer journey - from creating pipeline to advancing live opportunities.

Hit the agreed milestones and you will be promoted to full-cycle Account Executive after six months. Exceptional performers may progress earlier.

Tasks

Month 1: Learn Sleak’s product, market, customers, and sales methodology.
Months 2–4: Own a pipeline target and prospect into priority DACH accounts. Qualify opportunities and engage senior business and People leaders.
Months 5–6: Run discovery, product demonstrations, and business-case conversations; Begin owning live opportunities with support from experienced teammates.; Build disciplined habits around follow-ups, CRM data, and forecasting
Month 7: Take full-cycle ownership as an Account Executive.

Requirements

Ambitious recent graduate or early-career professional.
Experience in consulting, startups, technology, sales, or another demanding environment.
Clear motivation to build a career in B2B software sales.
Curiosity, resilience, coachability, and a strong work ethic.
Confidence communicating with customers and senior stakeholders.
Fluent German and strong business English.
Willingness to prospect, practise, receive feedback, and improve quickly.
