Overall responsibility for large-scale international projects (time, budget, quality)
Establishing clear project structures, milestones, and governance
Managing risks, dependencies, and escalations
Develop, implement and maintain a manual/ guideline for large-scale international projects incl. divisional-wide tools and templates
Reporting & Transparency
Establishing standardized divisional reporting
Preparing management reports and decision-making documents
Ensuring complete project transparency
Stakeholder & Escalation Management
Management of all relevant stakeholders worldwide
Early detection and escalation of critical issues
Facilitation of conflicting objectives and decision-making processes
Investments & Business Cases
Support for investment decisions and business cases
Ensuring economic evaluation and implementation
Leadership & Development
Leadership and development of the project team
Further development of project management standards
Promotion of a clear results- and implementation-oriented culture
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field
Several years of leadership experience in an international industrial environment
Proven track record in managing complex transformation and large-scale projects
Experience in restructuring, localization, cost-cutting, and performance improvement programs
Confident interaction with top management and in escalation situations
Strong leadership and execution skills with a clear focus on results
Structured, analytical, and pragmatic approach to work
Excellent project management and governance skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
High level of intercultural competence and very good German and English language skills
