Define and continuously enhance the global Compliance & Risk strategy aligned with corporate objectives
Establish and manage an integrated Compliance Management System (CMS) and Risk Governance framework
Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into policies, standards, and mitigation measures
Advise Executive Management on compliance, risk, governance, and integrity topics
Conduct and oversee compliance risk assessments and ensure effective mitigation actions
Develop and implement group-wide policies, training programs, and internal controls
Lead and manage internal investigations related to compliance violations and misconduct
Identify, assess, and integrate compliance risks into enterprise risk management (ERM)
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Audit, IT Security and act as key contact for authorities and auditors
Implement and monitor internal control systems, audits, and effectiveness reviews
University degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a comparable qualification
Several years of relevant professional experience in compliance and/or legal functions, preferably in an international corporate environment
Profound knowledge of national and international regulatory and legal frameworks (e.g. EU Whistleblower Directive, GDPR, FCPA, competition law)
Proven experience in building and managing compliance programs and handling legal risk matters
Experience in internal investigations and regulatory audits
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
High level of integrity, professionalism, and sense of responsibility
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to management and stakeholders
Fluency in English and German
