  • As part of the Core Banking Team, you will be responsible for crafting the services that form the backbone of our Banking Product. Our team is dedicated to creating modern, scalable solutions that are customer-centric, ensuring that all our initiatives directly impact our clients positively.     Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the Team Lead to identify, estimate, and split Requirements into Front-End tasks.
    • Brainstorm with Senior Product Designer on the best UX/UI practices to achieve user story's acceptance criteria.
    • Ensure alignment across Front-End engineers to avoid code conflicts.
    • Constantly add value to the experience of our client by writing readable, testable, and efficient code.
    • Maintain and develop engineering culture within the team.
    • Embrace adaptability and flexibility, willing to pivot strategies in response to changing market conditions or new insights.
    • Drive innovation through a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
    • Exhibit a strong commitment to the vision and success of payabl., actively contributing ideas and initiatives for continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of using JavaScript / TypeScript.
    • Solid understanding of the inner workings of git.
    • 5+ years of experience in Web Development, with a focus on Web (browser) APIs.
    • Experience with end-to-end testing and unit testing.
    • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy.
    • Quick learner, able to adapt to new technologies and systems rapidly.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, great attitude, and a team player.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Outstanding attention to detail.
    • Upper-intermediate or higher English level.
    • A customer-centric, empathetic mindset with excellent listening skills.
