    As a licensed financial company with principal membership with card schemes, we specialize in global payments and providing businesses with multi-currency accounts. With offices located in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Limassol, and London, we are currently undergoing significant expansion and are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. This role can be in one of our offices in Frankfurt, Limassol, Amsterdam, or London, it can also be remote anywhere in Europe.

    This role is about:  

    We have recently launched our POS product and aim to develop it further. In our plans is enhancing the product value proposition and expansion to new markets. With our ambition to be an omnichannel payment service provider you need to understand the directions towards the product needs to evolve and focus on building a truly omnichannel experience for our merchants.

    You will:  

    • Develop a comprehensive training curriculum for on-site staff covering the use and maintenance of the POS system and other tools.
    • Supervise on-site staff to ensure all digital products are functioning optimally, handle troubleshooting activities, and promote the utilization of our products to end users. 
    • Collaborate closely with the POS system provider to ensure continuous operation, timely updates, and effective maintenance of the system. 
    • Establish and optimize a robust reporting and replacement process for malfunctioning or broken devices to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency. 
    • Act as a liaison between vendors, IT teams, and retail stakeholders during technical issues, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of problems. 
    • Draft clear and concise instructional materials and frequently asked questions (FAQs) for end users to facilitate ease of use and problem resolution.
    • Design and implement a systematic process for the ordering, storage, and handover of digital assets to ensure proper tracking and accountability. 
    • Engage in the certification process of POS software with card schemes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and to foster trust with our customers and partners. 
    • Lead research and development initiatives for Soft POS technology to explore new features, improve system performance, and stay ahead of industry trends. This includes liaising with technical teams, conducting market research, and collaborating with external stakeholders to drive innovation in our Soft POS offerings.

    What we need: 

    • 3+ years in a Product manager/Product owner role in payments domain responsible for POS;
    • Excellent knowledge of card payment processing products gained through working for a PSP or an acquiring bank;
    • Proven track record of building POS infrastructure with a third-party partner on in-house;
    • Strong analytical skills, ability to get insights from the data and take an action;
    • Understanding of market trends and ability to use insights while developing your product;
    • Experience working in cross-functional team and using agile methodologies;
    • Leadership skills, ability to build a high performing team through leadership, motivation and coaching;
    • Excellent stakeholders' management skills;
    • Detailed thinker with an ability to manage the workload and prioritize;
    • Exceptional verbal and communication skills. Fluent English.
