As a licensed financial company with principal membership with card schemes, we specialize in global payments and providing businesses with multi-currency accounts. With offices located in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Limassol, and London, we are currently undergoing significant expansion and are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. This role can be in one of our offices in Frankfurt, Limassol, Amsterdam, or London, it can also be remote anywhere in Europe.

This role is about:

We are looking for a data-driven Product Manager to move our core banking platform to a new level and deliver growth and operational metrics. You are going to lead a cross-functional team and to engage other company members to assist you reaching the goals. You are responsible for product long term vision and evolution and set priorities for the team.

You are the owner. It is yours and you define what the next step is. You and your team make sure that the product solves customers problems and provides an excellent user experience. You are responsible for the product to operate and if a problem occurs, you stand by our customers and find a solution. You add value to the product with every change you make and measure it accordingly.

As part of you work you will be reporting to CPO and working closely with other stakeholders at all levels making sure that the whole company understands what you are working on and why. You are responsible for making the stakeholders aware of product insights and organize monthly reviews to draw attention to the most important things, get feedback and seek for important decisions.

You will:

To identify stakeholders’ problems and build scalable solutions that bring value
To use set goals, track metrics and use data as your tool to make the right decision and support your position
To develop the roadmap and requirements based on your communication with stakeholders and prioritize accordingly
To organize seamless data flow architecture among the platform and our internal tools
To evaluate opportunities, bring proposals and support them with data
To assess and connect third parties based on current needs
To make sure that products meet stakeholders needs
To lead the team and deliver according to expectations
To make sure the whole company understands what you are working on and why

What we need:

A combination of 3+ years in a Product manager/Product owner role and at least 3 years’ experience in core banking operations gained through working for a bank, fintech or a card acquiring business
Proven track record of building or developing own or implementing a third-party core banking backend system in a contemporary online bank or a fintech startup
Deep understanding of a banking ecosystem and main products
Strong analytical skills, ability to get insights from the data and take an action
Understanding of market trends and what contemporary digital banking and banking should be
Experience working in cross-functional team and using agile methodologies to build products
Leadership skills, ability to lead motivate and coach team members in order to build a high-performing team
Excellent stakeholders management skills
Exceptional verbal and communication skills. Fluent English
