PHP Plugins Developer (Checkout Experience)

In the Checkout Experience team, you will be part of a team of experts, their sole mission is to ensure smooth and consistent checkout experience across different platforms. The Checkout Experience team makes it as easy as possible for merchants to start collecting payments on their own website, while ensuring world-class security, reliability, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain plugins on platforms like Magento2, Shopware 5 & 6, OpenCart, PrestaShop, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and implement new features.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services into existing systems to enhance functionality and usability.
• Optimize code for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience with PHP.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Symfony.
• Proficient in MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Vue, Twig
• Experience in both back-end and front-end development.
• Strong skills in responsive web design.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, particularly Magento2/ Shopware/ PrestaShop/etc, including templating, extensions, and custom development.
• Ready to learn and work with eCommerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding attention to details.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level.
• Experience in Fintech industry (nice to have).
