    YOUR MISSION:

    Parloa is looking for a Head of Revenue Marketing (f/m/d)*, who will be responsible to drive revenue, formulate impactful marketing strategies, and excel in people management. You will be the primary liaison for all commercial and revenue-driving teams and your focus is on ensuring a unified approach to achieving our company's revenue goals.

     

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Drive revenue growth through effective management of pipelines and the achievement of ambitious revenue targets.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in alignment with the company's growth goals.
    • Lead and nurture a dynamic team and  provide strategic guidance.
    • Implement growth strategies and ensure the successful execution of revenue-generating functions.
    • Be in charge of all demand-generating channels with a focus on events, webinars, partner marketing activities as well as performance marketing, - aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
    • Act as the main contact point for all commercial teams, fostering cross-team collaboration to achieve unified goals.

     

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS and tech environments.
    • Extensive background in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives.
    • Proven track record of hitting pipeline targets in a highly competitive industry
    • Strong experience in driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious targets.
    • Experience in planning and executing events, webinars, partner marketing activities as well as managing performance marketing, aligned with broader marketing strategies.
    • Fluent in English
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders of all levels.
