    🧑🏻‍💻 About the role

    First things first: you want to know what you're actually applying for. It's impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:

    *Contracted internally as Senior Field Marketing Manager - Northern Europe*

    This role will take the lead on all marketing activities in this key region, including developing comprehensive business and comms plans, and building field marketing and account-based marketing programs. They'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams, as well as collaborating with external contacts such as PR agencies and networking partners.

    Key responsibilities include planning, organizing and executing event and field marketing programs in order to generate new prospects and develop existing leads and opportunities alongside the sales team. They must have strong business acumen and operational aptitude, exceptional people and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with Mewsers of all levels.

    They should have a hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving, strong quantitative skills, and comfort addressing broad-reaching and ambiguous questions. This role is very visible in the organisation and will have significant room for growth. Mews offers flexible work locations, with the ability to work remotely or make use of Mews offices. Some travel will be required for this role.

    Strategy Development:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives of the wider Mews organization
    • Collaborate with the demand generation, digital, product and creative marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
    • Communicate with and educate the go-to-market (GTM) about new and planned marketing activities for your region

    Team Leadership:

    • Train, mentor, and manage a team of field marketing professionals
    • Foster a high-performance culture and ensure the team is aligned with organizational goals.

    Market Analysis:

    • Conduct market research and analysis to understand local or regional market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
    • Utilize data and insights to make informed marketing decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.

    Campaign Planning and Execution:

    • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and objectives.

    Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the field marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust spending as needed to optimize ROI.

    Measurement and Reporting:

    • Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on campaign performance and areas for improvement
    • Work in collaboration with the Marketing Team to create and execute a lead generation plan that delivers inbound, qualified leads and pipeline growth to hit MQL, SAL targets

    🤝️ You'll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

    • People management & experience mentoring marketing professionals
    • Hospitality tech, SaaS or B2B tech experience
    • 8+ years of event planning experience and field marketing experience.
    • Driven by metrics that can demonstrate success and ROI based on budget and company/team KPIs
    • Openness to work in a high-performing international team with positivity and accountability
    • Expert at time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
    • Experience working in a fast paced, high growth scale up is a plus!
    • Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus!
