    YOUR MISSION:

    As an Executive Assistant to the CEO (f/m/d)*, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO and co-founder, Malte, who frequently switches between our NYC and Berlin offices. Your mission is to facilitate effective communication, streamline coordination, and maintain organization, enabling him to focus on strategic tasks and contribute to the company's growth, while being flexible to accommodate time zone differences and occasional travel with him.

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Manage Schedules: Efficiently manage the schedules and appointments of Malte, optimizing his time and ensuring he is well-prepared for meetings.
    • Coordinate Travel: Take charge of coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring smooth travel logistics.
    • Oversee Communications: Manage communications, including email and Slack, to facilitate efficient interaction between founders and team members.
    • Expense Management: Handle expense reports and receipts, ensuring meticulous financial record-keeping.
    • Task Follow-up: Follow up on various tasks to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
    • Investor Coordination: Coordinate with investors, in consultation with The Founder's Associate, to support our founder's engagements.
    • Special Projects: Manage special mini-projects, such as organizing team events, to foster team cohesion.

     

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in roles involving administrative support or operations.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in scheduling and office software to manage tasks seamlessly between NYC and Berlin.
    • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Professionalism: Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
    • Industry Exposure: Exposure to assistant roles, especially within relevant industries, with an understanding of the demands of global business operations.
    • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English to facilitate communication in both our NYC and Berlin offices.
