  • YOUR MISSION

    As Working Student Lead Management (f/m/d)* you will play a crucial role in identifying the needs of our potential and existing customers, finding the right contacts and helping build a predictable sales pipeline. You will be actively involved in (building) the sales processes. 

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Help build a predictable and sustainable Top of Funnel motion.
    • Create lead lists. 
    • Analyze sales campaigns and their outcomes to derive learnings and implement continuous improvements. 
    • Have a hand in shaping a world class revenue engine.
    • Improve our documentation of processes and best practices.
    • Support the entire revenue growth team to achieve our goals.
    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
    • An affinity for technology and an interest in experimenting with new tech and tools.
    • The ability to think logically and be able to solve complex topics, even under time pressure.
    • Meticulous with an extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Curiosity and the desire to constantly develop yourself by learning new skills.
    • Critical thinking and the ability to deliver feedback on existing processes and workflows.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills (in word and writing) in German and English.
    • You are a real team player.
