    • YOUR MISSION:

    As Head of Growth (f/m/d)*, you will drive revenue growth and open new revenue opportunities globally for Parloa through effective business development strategies. You will lead and mentor teams, set departmental targets, and foster a culture of success, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving sustained performance and growth.

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and partners to build strong relationships.
    • Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate deals to achieve favorable outcomes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing and sales, to align strategies and drive revenue growth.
    • Evaluate and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
    • Lead and mentor teams, setting departmental targets and fostering a culture of success.

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • Proven track record of successful business development
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
    • Business fluency in German and English

     

    NICE TO HAVE:

    • Experience with Salesforce or Similar CRM Platforms
