    Your mission

    Supporting the CEO in all aspects of his/her work. Multiply the CEOs impact in the organisation by proactively managing his/her communication, prioritisation, and execution.

    This is what you will do

    Administration & Management of the CEO Office

    • Calendar management, gatekeeping the CEOs schedule as necessary, and being the primary point of contact
    • Supporting the CEO with work related to the byrd board; preparation of materials for meetings, scheduling meeting logistics for quarterly meetings, attend meetings and take minutes, and act as a point of contact for the CEO office
    • Organise and maintain CEO Office Google Drive files
    • Monitor and process office expenditures as needed, and helping the CEO and Finance with CEO Office Budgets
    • Arrange travel and itineraries for the CEO as needed
    • Provide support to members of the c-level team on an ad-hoc basis as it relates to the CEO office
    • Manage and follow up on CEOs tasks
    • Provide support on other projects and duties as assigned by the CEO i.e. company events or operations
    • Schedule and manage logistics for the CEO and the c-level team meetings, and any off or on-site events, prepare agendas and any pertinent meeting background materials, take minutes as needed, and maintain relevant documents
    • Assist CEO and c-level staff manage follow-up decisions taken by the management team
    • Draft and edit any materials the CEO might need for internal or external meetings, etc.
    • Represent the CEO team as the primary point of contact, and keep the CEO informed with important information related to the CEO office

    Support the wider organisation

    • Organise, coordinate and support cross company events
    • Facilitate internal communication, knowledge sharing and process improvements (e.g. implementation of tools)
    • Communicate, and clarify the C-Level decision making and provide feedback to the C-level from the wider organisation

    This is what you will need to succeed

    • 2 years of experience in C-Suite Executive Assistance
    • Outstanding communication, organisational skills
    • Entrepreneurial personality with willingness to take decisions
    • English Fluency (German a big plus)
    • Located in: Berlin

    Please note that this role is a temporary maternity leave replacement contract (for 12 - 18 months)
