Jobs in Germany
We're looking for a Founding Engineer to help us build Otherworldly into the default way artists get booked.
Who we are 👪
We believe live music is one of the best things humans do, and that far more artists deserve to make a living from it than currently can. That's the opportunity we're building for.
The industry still runs on cold emails and who-knows-who, and it's about to be rebuilt. AI now lets small teams achieve incredible things, and we intend to be the team that rebuilds this one.
Otherworldly is an AI-native talent management and booking company. We run an actual roster, meaning real tours, real riders, real settlements, and we're turning everything we've learned into agentic infrastructure. That means a database of 250,000+ bookers worldwide and algorithmic pitching systems that get the right artist in front of the right promoter at scale.
It's working. We closed our seed round with roster and revenue traction already built. Between us, we've managed No.1 artists and Grammy nominees, led strategy for household-name brands, and founded YC-backed companies.
You'll be the engineering foundation of the platform. Your agents will hold real conversations with real bookers, negotiate real opportunities, and directly determine whether working artists get paid. Specifically:
You'll thrive here if
**🚢 You've shipped LLM systems that real people depend on.
**Not demos, not prototypes, but enterprise-scale systems handling real conversations with real consequences.
**🧑💻You think about the customer, the product, and the technology simultaneously.
**We're building at the bleeding edge of AI, but we're not academics. Impact is what matters.
**📈 You hold yourself to a high bar.
**You've shown ambition and excellence somewhere in your life - professionally, academically, or otherwise - and you want your work to matter.
🎵You love music, or want to work for people who do.
Everything we build exists to get artists booked, paid, and heard.
