Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow GRC / IRM (Integrated Risk Management) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze governance, risk, compliance, and audit processes.
- Gather and document functional and regulatory requirements.
- Design and optimize risk and control management workflows.
- Support implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions.
- Collaborate with compliance, audit, and risk management teams.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
- Understanding of risk management, compliance, audit, and control frameworks.
- Experience with business process analysis and optimization.
- Fluent German (C1) and English.
- EU-based location.
