Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow Solution / Platform Architecture to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze complex business requirements across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Support platform governance, architecture standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects to define scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Evaluate business impacts of architectural decisions.
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap.
- Support implementation and platform optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong ServiceNow platform expertise.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and governance models.
- Experience working closely with solution architects and technical teams.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent German (C1) and English.
- EU-based location.
