Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow ITOM / ITAM to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document IT operations and asset management processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and asset management teams.
- Define requirements for CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and asset lifecycle management.
- Convert business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct gap analyses and process assessments.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITOM and/or ITAM modules.
- Strong understanding of CMDB and asset management processes.
- Experience working with enterprise IT operations environments.
- Fluent German (C1) and English.
- EU-based location.
