Wir suchen eine/einen (Senior) People Operations Manager (f/m/x), der/die unseren gesamten People Operations Bereich ganzheitlich verantwortet und aktiv mitgestaltet. In dieser Rolle bist du das operative Rückgrat unserer Organisation und stellst sicher, dass alle HR-Prozesse reibungslos, effizient und compliant ablaufen. Gleichzeitig entwickelst du unsere Strukturen gezielt weiter und treibst Skalierung, Automatisierung sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Employee Experience voran.

Employee Lifecycle: Verantwortung für den gesamten Employee Lifecycle - von Onboarding bis Offboarding
HR Operations: Steuerung aller operativen People Themen (inkl. Gehaltsabrechnung, Verträge, Dokumentation und HRIS/Personio)
Compliance: Sicherstellung arbeitsrechtlicher Compliance sowie Weiterentwicklung interner Richtlinien
Prozessaufbau: Aufbau und Skalierung effizienter People-Ops-Prozesse in einem wachsenden Umfeld
Business Partnering: Sparringspartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in allen People Ops Fragen
Stakeholder: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Legal, IT sowie externen Partnern
People Analytics: Aufbau und Nutzung von Reports und Dashboards sowie proaktive Auswertung von Daten zur Identifikation von Auffälligkeiten und Verbesserungspotenzialen
People Strategy: Mitgestaltung von Performance-, Feedback- und Kulturinitiativen sowie weiteren strategischen People Themen (z. B. Benefits, internationale Expansion)
Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich People Operations oder vergleichbaren Rollen, idealerweise in einem schnell wachsenden Startup
Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht und in der vorbereitenden Gehaltsabrechnung
Tools & Prozesse: Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Skalierung von HR-Prozessen sowie im Umgang mit HRIS-Systemen (z. B. Personio)
Analytik: Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und sicherer Umgang mit Daten
Kommunikation: Klare, empathische Kommunikation und souveränes Stakeholder-Management
Mentalität: Hands-on- und Growth-Mentalität, Eigenverantwortung und die Fähigkeit, mit Unklarheiten effektiv umzugehen
Innovation: Interesse an Automatisierung und KI-gestützten Lösungen
