We're looking for a Working Student to support our People Experience team in delivering an outstanding workplace experience. You’ll gain first-hand insights into internal communications and office management, all while working in a dynamic and people-first environment.
Strategic ObjectivesInternal Communication & Team Engagement:
- Collaborate in designing and maintaining best practices for our internal communication channels (e.g. Notion, Teams).
- Coordinate engaging company-wide communications like the monthly newsletter, team meetings, and townhalls together with our People Experience Lead.
- Champion workplace happiness by initiating and supporting both in-person and virtual team events that foster connection and engagement.
- Assist in performance and engagement management projects, contributing to the evolution of our people strategy.
Take Ownership of Cross-Functional Projects:- Coordinate and support various company-wide initiatives such as office moves, internal events, and employee experience projects.
- Handle full project cycles, from planning and research to budgeting and sourcing, with guidance from experienced team members.
Foundational ObjectivesProcess & Data Accuracy:
- Be detail-oriented when handling operational or administrative tasks.
- Support the team in maintaining high data quality and streamlined processes across HR and operations systems.
Collaboration & Flexibility:- Work hands-on within the department to deliver operational support and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Be ready to jump in where needed and take initiative in both routine and ad-hoc tasks.
Key skills to drive impact- Currently enrolled as a full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field (not excluding)
- Registered at a German university with at least one year remaining in studies
- Fluent in English and German (B1 level or higher)
- Passionate about people, operations, and enhancing workplace engagement
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to take full ownership of tasks
- Tech-savvy with experience using tools like MS Teams, Notion, and Asana
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Available to work on-site on all working days, based on agreed weekly hours
