  • We are growing and want to ensure that we remain strong and continuously improve in attracting the right people with a cultural fit to ChurchDesk. As our Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring talent across the teams within ChurchDesk. The position is a part-time position working from our office.

    You will be sourcing candidates and building relationships to potential future candidates and support the hiring manager in running a process that is a positive experience for everyone involved. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of our organization.

    About the job

    • Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and industry events. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.

    • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding. Provide timely feedback, clear communication, and a supportive environment.

    • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and training on interview best practices.

    • Employer Branding: Contribute to and promote ChurchDesk's employer brand, showcasing our unique culture, values, and career opportunities.

    • ATS Management: Utilize and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and generate reports.

    • Interview Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine our interview processes to ensure efficiency, fairness, and effectiveness.

    • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the our leadership team to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to new hire onboarding.
