We are growing and want to ensure that we remain strong and continuously improve in attracting the right people with a cultural fit to ChurchDesk. As our Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring talent across the teams within ChurchDesk. The position is a part-time position working from our office.
You will be sourcing candidates and building relationships to potential future candidates and support the hiring manager in running a process that is a positive experience for everyone involved. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of our organization.
About the job
Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and industry events. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding. Provide timely feedback, clear communication, and a supportive environment.
Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and training on interview best practices.
Employer Branding: Contribute to and promote ChurchDesk's employer brand, showcasing our unique culture, values, and career opportunities.
ATS Management: Utilize and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and generate reports.
Interview Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine our interview processes to ensure efficiency, fairness, and effectiveness.
Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the our leadership team to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to new hire onboarding.
