Provide general administrative and office support
Help in organizing company events
Manage and order office supplies related to HR and office management
Assist in ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
Assist in presential onboarding and offboarding procedures of employees
Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
German level minimum B2
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Willingness to work 10 hours per week from our office
