About the role
- Planning and managing the company's participation at external events like Gamescom
- Organizing company-wide celebrations from Summer Parties to Halloween and festive Christmas bashes
- Run fun monthly internal events to keep our team spirit high and boost employee engagement
- Be responsible for event documentation, budgeting and expense tracking
- Maintaining event calendars and planning timelines
- Creating and sending out engaging communication materials for trade shows, holidays and more
- Assisting our employees with their requests, handling office correspondence and supporting Office Management
- Being the go-to person for employees, vendors, and external partners
Requirements
- A hands-on, proactive attitude and love for all things event-related
- Great communication skills - in English and in German
- Organized, friendly and team oriented
- Creative mindset
- Flexibility to work around events
- You are based in Hamburg or nearby and are available to support events on-site
