Internship with the opportunity to continue as a paid position.

Tasks

Support the sales and marketing efforts of Coding Partners and help generate new business opportunities.
Research and identify potential clients, industries, and markets where our services could create value.
Plan and execute outreach and marketing campaigns to reach prospective clients and generate leads.
Organise and coordinate events in different cities to build awareness, meet potential clients, and create new business opportunities.
Explore and develop new partnership opportunities with companies, organisations, and other relevant players.
Help develop and improve our long-term sales and marketing strategy.
Take ownership of a strategic sales or marketing area, with the opportunity to build something from scratch and make it your own.
Identify new opportunities for growth, test ideas quickly, and help turn successful initiatives into repeatable processes.
Work closely with the founding team and gain hands-on experience across sales, business development, marketing, and growth.

First experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field.
Currently enrolled at a university in Berlin.
Available and willing to work from our Jannowitzbrücke office at least a couple of days per week.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
Comfortable reaching out to new people and companies and creating opportunities from scratch.
Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn about sales, marketing, and business development.
