Birdrave is a lean, engineering-driven team based in Berlin, built around senior individual contributors who take ownership and ship high-impact work without needing to be micromanaged. Our team is an organic mix of full-time engineers, freelancers, and contributors from closely aligned companies — united by a shared vision and a long history of working together. We operate primarily in the EU timezone, keep our management layer deliberately thin, and intend to stay below 20 people in the core team. We build powerful platforms for complex use cases — from running the backbone of a massage studio powerhouse to powering multi-million dollar sports betting platforms. Alongside that, we support early-stage startups in building their products from the ground up.
