🎯How you will make an impact:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, with a particular focus on software engineering, AI/ML, robotics, and other deep-tech positions
- Proactively identify, approach, and engage talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct search
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening interviews, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer stage
- Support hiring managers with candidate sourcing, market insights, and recruiting best practices
- Help strengthen Alpine Eagle's employer brand within the engineering, defense-tech, and startup communities
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and contribute to efficient hiring processes
✅ What you need to be successful:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, either in-house or agency-side
- Experience sourcing and recruiting technical talent, particularly Software Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Embedded Engineers, or comparable profiles
- Strong direct-sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to understand technical skill sets and assess candidate fit at an initial screening level
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience recruiting within defense, aerospace, national security, or other highly regulated industries is a plus
