    What you do

    You think in GTM systems and business impact. Not rankings and traffic. Everything else follows from that.

    You:

    • Own the strategic direction of your accounts end to end and lead clients proactively instead of reacting to requests

    • Translate GTM understanding into organic growth strategies that contribute to pipeline and revenue

    • Manage stakeholders with clarity: understand their motivations and lead the difficult conversations

    • Prioritize ruthlessly with 80/20 focus on the highest-impact work

    • Communicate in a structured, clear way, always at the right strategic or operational level

    • Deliver consistent, scalable quality across your accounts

    • Push new ideas and automation that move the discipline forward

    • Use your team's strengths, escalate early, and keep work distributed properly

    You turn insights into clear recommendations and challenge clients and internal leadership with better ideas, proactively.

    You raise the quality bar for everyone around you.

    In a nutshell: you are an Account Strategist for growth.


    Requirements

    You understand organic growth deeply and you know what good actually looks like. You can lead a client conversation and steer it toward business impact.

    You bring:

    • Solid experience in SEO, organic growth, or GTM/growth advisory, ideally in an agency, SaaS, or B2B environment

    • GTM understanding and the instinct to think in pipeline and revenue

    • Strong stakeholder leadership: you align people and lead difficult conversations with confidence

    • Structured, clear communication at the right strategic and operational level

    • Ruthless prioritization and 80/20 thinking

    • An ownership mindset that takes responsibility for client success end to end

    • High AI literacy, applied actively in research, analysis, and workflow

    • Excellent German and strong English writing skills

    • A growth mindset that refuses stagnation
