As a trusted expert, you will take ownership of sub-projects, deliver hands-on solutions for data migration and quality, and collaborate closely with functional teams in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Role Independent Project Delivery: Leverage your expertise in the execution of SAP projects in SAP Master Data Management (MDM) and become a valuable team member in a dynamic, international environmentMaster Data Management Strategy: Develop and define comprehensive master data management strategies for our clientsSAP S/4HANA Transformations: Guide and implement key master data topics such as Customer Vendor Integration for Business Partners, Material Ledger, and master data quality, taking ownership of solutions from design to execution.Data Profiling, Scoping & Quality: Profiling of data in current ERP system, defining scope of migration, assessing data quality and guiding customers to improve data quality and readiness before the move to SAP S/4HANA.Sub-Project Leadership: Take ownership of sub-projects in the master data management field, leading their planning, execution, and coordination, while applying your experience in the MDM spaceData Migration: Plan and drive data migration processes with a focus on ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity, including the use of external tools for data migration.Collaborate closely with Functional Stream Leads (FI/CO, SD/MM) to ensure seamless integration across processesYour ProfileDegree in (Business) Informatics, Business Mathematics, or a comparable qualificationExtensive experience in guiding customers through their SAP S/4HANA transformations from a master data management perspectiveExperience with topics such as Customer Vendor Integrations (Business Partners) and Material Ledger Background in any SAP functional module (MM/SD/PP/FI, etc.)Experience with SAP S/4HANA Transformation projects, including knowledge of best practices for data governance and data migrationUnderstand various transition paths from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA such as Greenfield, Bluefield, BrownfieldBasic knowledge of SAP Business Transformation tools such as SAP Readiness Check, SAP CALM / WalkMe, SAP Business Transformation Center is an advantageKnowledge in SAP MDG is considered an advantageExcellent communication skills in both English and GermanWillingness to travelWe OfferA partnership culture with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the opportunity for partnership or co-ownership.
