Wanted a Technical Co-Founder (AI / Software / Platform Architecture) from Estonia for the development of an open-source-based AI and data infrastructure company

- CO₂ logic, ESG and operational data are usually considered in isolation.
- One is missing Integrated infrastructure for traceability and process intelligence
Core Idea
A modular, open-source system with three levels:
1. Core-System
- Data and process logic
- Structured documentation and linking systems
- Digital twin of organizations
2. Integration layer
- Integration of ERP systems
- Adapter instead of system replacement
3. Application layer
- ESG / CO₂ / Governance / Projects
- Industry and organizational solutions
Tasks
- Co-design and build the overall technical architecture (core system, integrations, application layer)
- Develop and integrate AI components (LLMs, semantic search, analytics)
- Design and implement a modular, container-based platform (Docker, API-first approach)
- Connect existing systems (e.g. ERP, data sources) via adapter logic
- Contribute to product strategy and technical roadmap
- Select and establish a sustainable open-source technology stack
- Actively support the development of a strong network within the Estonian startup ecosystem (tech community, partners, programs)
- Collaborate with funding bodies, programs, and relevant stakeholders in Estonia
Requirements
- Experience in software development (ideally Python / backend / APIs)
- Knowledge of AI / machine learning / LLM integration
- Experience with container technologies and system architecture
- Strong understanding of data structures, data models, and distributed systems
- Interest in open-source ecosystems and privacy-focused solutions
- Ability to structure and implement technical concepts independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in a co-founder role
- Strong networking mindset – ideally with exposure to startup ecosystems (experience in Estonia is a plus)
