    About the role:

    Unframe is looking for a Senior GTM Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract and help us continue scaling our GTM teams across EMEA and the US. This person will play a key role in hiring exceptional GTM talent while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

     

    What you’ll do:

    * Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across EMEA and the US.

    * Build strong sourcing strategies and proactively engage high-quality passive candidates.

    * Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes and hiring plans.

    * Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle, from first outreach through offer stage.

    * Act as an excellent ambassador for Unframe, clearly communicating our mission, culture and opportunity to candidates.

    * Bring structure, pace and organisation to the hiring process in a fast-moving scaling environment.

     

    What we are looking for:

    * Strong GTM recruitment experience.

    * Experience recruiting across both EMEA and the US.

    * Excellent sourcing skills, with a proven ability to identify, engage and convert passive talent.

    * Strong hiring manager management skills, with the ability to build trust, challenge where needed and collaborate effectively.

    * Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple roles in a high-paced scaling environment.

    * A hands-on recruiter who can roll up their sleeves, jump in from day one and is excited to join a fast-growing AI company.
