Tulip's cloud-native, no-code platform, powered by embedded AI, is driving the digital transformation of industrial environments through composable, human-centric solutions that go beyond disrupting the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) category.

A spinoff out of MIT, Tulip is headquartered in Somerville, MA, with offices in Germany, Hungary, Singapore, and Israel. Tulip has been recognized as a World Economic Forum Global Innovator, a 2024 Deloitte Technology Fast award winner, one of Energage's Top Workplaces USA, and one of Built In Boston's "Best Places to Work" and "Best Midsize Places to Work."

    About You:

You're a Master's student looking for six months of hands-on work in customer enablement, AI tooling, and enterprise SaaS. You're comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for real work. You want to help shape how manufacturing customers — and the students who will become tomorrow's builders — learn to build on Tulip, as AI changes how people pick up new tools.

    What skills do I need?

    • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in engineering, education, business administration, business informatics, or a related field
    • Self-starter with a hands-on mentality — eager to think for yourself, come up with ideas, push them, and get things done well
    • Genuine interest in how people learn to use new technology, and the ability to put yourself in a learner's shoes when designing content
    • Strong written and spoken communication in German and English — clear, structured, and adapted to the audience
    • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for real work

    Nice to have:

    • Some exposure to manufacturing or life sciences environments
    • Prior experience creating learning content, video material, or technical documentation

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Set up AI-based workflows (using tools like Claude Cowork) to manage Higher Education accounts and streamline content operations
    • Help design and deliver AI Process Engineer workshops — part of Tulip's effort to certify thousands of AI Process Engineers across our customer base
    • Build new Tulip University courses — draft scripts, record screens, prepare demo apps, and write step-by-step instructions
    • Update existing course content using AI-assisted workflows, and support Tulip University's LMS migration (asset preparation, tagging, importing)
    • Support Higher Education partners — answer platform questions, manage Salesforce records, analyze account usage, and draft an out-of-the-box curriculum for use in lectures and labs

    Key Collaborators:

    • Product Enablement (direct supervision)
    • Product Operations
    • Higher Education partners — universities and academic contacts across Germany and Europe
    • Cross-functional Tulip teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering
