Tasks
Execution + KPIs (this is a ops -heavy role):
- Run the recruiting funnel end-to-end with clear throughput goals: job postings, sourcing/outreach, screening calls, structured assessments, coordination. You work with quarterly targets and a solid cadence.
- Own a clean funnel and weekly reporting: source performance, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and drop-off reasons.
- Run a “close the loop” process: Reduce time-to-next-step, increase interview-to-offer conversion, and improve candidate experience through fast follow-ups and tight process.
- Weekly cadence: Weekly hiring sync: pipeline review, bottlenecks, actions, and targets for the next week.
- Own day-to-day people operations: Onboarding, trainings, benefits, initiatives with a bias for action.
- Work with clean and data driven systems: Build and maintain dashboards**.** Suggest and improve workflow automations.
- Ops for People: Maintain documentation and data hygiene on HRIS, shared drives and notion.
Requirements
You’re not just “interested” in operations; you want to get things done.
- Available for at least 6 months (ideally longer).
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1+).
- Passionate about the start-up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn, grow and build a massive ops-heavy company.
- Comfortable with an on-site set-up.

- Compensation: EUR 2.6k/month. No matter your internship’s duration. You will also get a work laptop and work phone.
