Tasks
You’ll be working together with our Head of People and co-own the recruiting process end-to-end!
- Draft, publish, and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
- Review incoming applications, identify strong fits, and move fast through the recruting process.
- Conduct top-of-funnel interviews and assess candidates for skill and culture fit.
- Prepare offers and contracts, coordinating signatures and onboarding.
- Own the candidate experience - keep it fast, personal, and smooth.
- Ensure tight communication loops and fast feedback for every applicant.
- Take full responsibility for the recruiting process from first contact to signed offer.
You’ll work directly with the founding team and our hiring managers. You’ll see first-hand how a start-up scales – and play an active role in making it happen.
Requirements
You’re not just “interested” in HR – you actually like people and want to get things done.
- First hands-on experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations.
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1+).
- Currently enrolled in a university and available for at least 6 months (ideally longer).
- Passionate about the start-up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn, grow and build a massive ops-heavy company.
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented - you don’t wait for instructions.
- Motivated to learn inside a fast-scaling, high-intensity start-up.
- Comfortable with working on-site. We have a very central Berlin office in Mitte.
