About selectry
selectry GmbH is an HR-tech company that connects organizations with the right talent — built on structured recruiting processes, sharp candidate matching, and a team that moves fast without losing precision. Decisions are made short, ownership is real, and the work you do here lands directly in front of the people running the business.
Your Role
You keep Sales and Recruiting running cleanly behind the scenes — so the team can focus on clients and candidates instead of chasing down data and missed appointments. In your first 90 days, you will own the data maintenance and scheduling workflows, learn how selectry’s operational tooling works, and become the reliable backbone that the Sales and Recruiting team depends on daily.
Your Responsibilities
Maintain, structure, and document candidate and client data so the pipeline stays accurate and actionable at all times
Prepare lists, pipeline overviews, and operational evaluations that the team can use directly — no rework needed
Coordinate appointments and support scheduling between clients, candidates, and the selectry team
Handle written communication with clients and candidates professionally and reliably
Support general office and organizational tasks that keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
Onboard quickly into the tools and workflows selectry uses and flag where processes can be tighter
Must-haves:
You are currently enrolled at a German university or Hochschule and can provide a valid proof of enrollment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung) from July 1, 2026 onward
You have a solid command of Microsoft 365 — Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint in a real work context, not just listed on a CV
You work in a structured, careful, and independent way: you own tasks end-to-end and don’t need daily reminders
You bring basic commercial knowledge — you understand how a business process works and can operate within one reliably
You communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and spoken); German at a working level is a plus
You pick up new digital tools quickly and don’t wait to be walked through every step
Nice-to-haves:
Ideally, you have had prior exposure to a CRM or ATS platform (e.g., HubSpot, Personio, Pipedrive) — even at an internship level
Plus: a previous internship or working student role in a recruiting agency, HR consultancy, or B2B sales environment
Ideally, you are studying BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Personalmanagement, or a comparable program
Plus: active involvement in a student association with organizational responsibility — scheduling, data, coordination
A note on mindset: selectry explicitly values openness, willingness to learn, and engagement over a finished skill set. If you bring the right attitude and at least one prior role where you took real operational ownership, we want to hear from you
What We Offer
Direct insight into Sales, Recruiting, and prospectively Marketing — across all three functions from day one
Close collaboration with and visibility to management — short decision paths, real ownership, no bureaucracy
A fully remote position within Germany — work from wherever you study
How to Apply
No formal cover letter required — a short note on why this role fits your current situation is enough.
